About the event
Father, grandfather and author Stephen Gabriel will share wisdom from his years of experience, reading and prayer. In this talk, he will pull from his most recent book, offering encouragement for those in the autumn of their lives. Topics will include: Our Interior Life, Apostolate, Family, Meaningful Activities, Suffering, and Being Dependent on Others.
Stephen Gabriel and his wife, Peggy, have been married for 49 years. They have eight adult children and 38 grandchildren. He is a retired agricultural economist with the federal government. Gabriel is the author of seven books, including three on fatherhood. His latest is entitled, “The Homestretch: Making the Best Use of Our Retirement Years.”
